Reading

has always been my go-to for escape, inspiration, and just pure enjoyment. Over the years, I’ve fallen into some truly fantastic worlds and unforgettable stories: Jade City’s gritty urban fantasy, with Fonda Lee’s take on a full-on magical Mafia war powered by the raw, dangerous allure of jade; the sprawling adventures of The Witcher, following Geralt as he navigates a brutal, morally complex world of monsters, magic, and destiny; and the thrilling pirate escapades of The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi, where Shannon Chakraborty brings to life a retired pirate captain drawn back into a world of high-seas danger, treasure hunts, and ancient curses, in order to keep her daughter safe.

Each of these has left its own mark on me, sparking my imagination and deepening my love for books. But lately, my fascination has zeroed in on a world that’s both infinitely vast and intricately connected: Brandon Sanderson’s Cosmere.

The Cosmere is a universe like no other, filled with epic clashes, mystical worlds, and characters who seem to leap off the page. It’s a place where everything from magic systems to Cosmic mysteries comes together across books and series, rewarding readers who follow along closely. In preparation for the next big installment, Wind Of Truth, I’ve decided it was time to dive back in and experience the Cosmere from the beginning.

Right now, I’m making my way through The Well of Ascension (Mistborn Book 2), and it's an incredible experience to revisit this part of the journey with fresh eyes. After finishing The Stormlight Archive, returning to Mistborn feels like catching up with an old friend, but with a renewed appreciation for the clever connections Sanderson has built across his stories.
